Black People…we don’t know REAL racism

The Black Community today DOES NOT know what REAL racism, REAL oppression feels like.  You see, we have NEVER been breed, as a business strategy; only to have our children torn from our hands and sold to the highest bidder.  We have never had chains wrapped around our necks and arms; then forced to work from sun up to sun down picking cotton for someone else’s pockets.  We have never had to get up and move to the back of the bus.  We have never had to drink from the dirty water fountain.

We have never experienced these things because of the price paid by those who have come before us.  To them, we have a debt to repay.  A debt that can only be repaid by a worthy life – living a life of worth.

We are victors and NOT victims.  We are the inheritors of a great inheritance.  Black people, we have a debt to repay…

I agree with you and say the same in my book ” a black patriot the real american” we have too many people who talk about slavery and racism as if they were there and have first hand knowledge. The truth is we only know what we read or what see on television, which is someone’s point of view.

Hello Victor. I just purchased your book on Amazon. Thank you for sharing. For those who are interested, you can go to http://www.amazon.com/Black-Patriot-Real-American/dp/1426961448/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1432149073&sr=8-1&keywords=the+black+patriot+the+real+america

I read the intro and it looks like a great read. In your post here, you are so correct. We don’t know our history. As such, we don’t know who we are and how amazing we are as a people. I often have had people say to me, Black people are people…just identify as an American. I reject that line of thinking…to remember and to become acquainted with those who have come before me gives my identify roots. Being Black does not define my whole personhood. However, it is a significant part of who I am. Unfortunately, so many of us in the Black community have no idea of our history…except for “headlines” about our history…but no depth.

Thank you for your words of encouragement…especially, since you are a subject matter expert. I truly appreciate it. Please help us continue to share this message by sharing this video with others. God bless…

Hello my friend…Thank you for your words of encouragement. I truly appreciate it. Unfortunately, because of this message and my views on other cultural movements, I am losing friends and donors left and right. Continue to pray for our ministry. God is opening up doors of opportunities and we are determined to walk through each of them as He leads. God bless.
